We take an outdoor space from first idea to a place you actually live in — and carry the work of getting there so you don't have to. You choose how far we go: just the design, or the design built. Either way the standard stays ours to hold, and 80% of our projects finish on the agreed timeline and budget because every detail is settled before anyone steps on site.
A complete design you could hand to any builder: the idea, the master plan, the drawings, the numbers — settled. Some clients take it from there and build themselves. Cinematic 3D is there when you want to walk through the place before it exists.
The design and the built result under one name. Some of the work is ours, some belongs to teams we bring in — that part is our problem, not yours. Whoever holds the tool, the standard and the responsibility stay with us.
Your own contractors build it, and we make sure what gets built is what was designed. We stay in the drawings and on the site so the idea survives construction — and so you are not the one arguing about a tolerance.
Sometimes the most valuable work happens before anything is bought. Climate, regulations, water, access, what a plot would realistically take to become a garden — we look at that with you, whether or not the project ends up being ours.
A garden here either works with the climate or fights it every day for the next twenty years. So we plant for the place: native species first, layered canopy, water designed for rather than added later. This is not a green statement — it is what keeps a landscape alive, and it runs through every project, whatever depth of involvement you choose.
Scope, budget, and duration are agreed as one thing, before anyone orders material or steps on site. Most of what goes wrong on a project is decided here — quietly, by not deciding.
Builders, suppliers, and drawings stay in step because keeping them there is our work, not yours. You hear from us when there is something worth telling you.
When something has to change, it reaches you as a recommendation with its consequences already worked out — not as a question you never signed up to answer.
Result: 80% of Charmonye projects finish within the original schedule and budget — unless you ask us to change something.
Send us an address, a few photographs, or nothing more than an idea. We will tell you honestly what we would do with it and what that would take.
