We come to the site — in Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Europe — and begin with the place and what you want to do there. Together we work out which decisions need a conversation, which need drawings, and what help you would like during construction.
We begin with how you live: the way out of the house, the hours of shade, the seasons, who will use the place.
These conversations lead to a master plan, then decisions about levels, water, light and planting. You receive drawings a builder can price and build from, with visualizations to help you see how the place will feel.
You can take the drawings to a builder of your choice, or continue with us through construction.
After the design, we lead construction with our own crew or teams we bring in and take responsibility for. We check materials, planting and finishes against the drawings. If something needs to change, we explain the options and their consequences before you decide.
This format is available where we can field a team. Elsewhere we design and support your builders, and we say which applies to your place before anything is agreed.
Your contractors build, and we check their work against the design at key points: levels, setting-out, materials and planting. They can bring questions to the people who drew the project. When conditions on site call for a change, we adjust the drawings.
You manage the contract, schedule and budget with your builders. Our responsibility is the design, with a written record of our checks and changes.
Before buying a plot or making changes, you may want to understand what is possible. We look at the land or your plan with you: access, water, levels, existing trees and the local climate. You receive our observations in a conversation and a short written note.
