Villa Talks brings together people who own a villa or are about to build one, and the people who do the work: developers who have built villa communities, architects who have designed many houses, landscape designers who know what holds up through a summer in the Emirates. A conversation about what happens between a plot and a house you can live around.
Thirty-five guests, so that everyone in the room can take part and the conversation carries on over dinner.

Why we do it
We have worked on villa projects in Europe and the Middle East, and the best of them happened when the owner, the architect and the specialists understood each other early. Villa Talks is our way of putting those people in one room.
This is the first evening. We hope it becomes a series.
